We’re Rhys and Shannon, two free-spirited planners who know how to start over. Having sold everything and relocated throughout the U.S. and abroad, we know a thing or two about embracing change and starting fresh.

With a combined 20+ years of experience in real estate and professional organizing, we also know a thing or two about buying, selling, and decluttering homes. These careers allowed us to hone and perfect our project and life management skills by working with hundreds of clients to help them embrace change and move into the next chapter of their lives.

We created UpRoot with Ease, a relocation consulting service to help clients achieve their dreams of living and/or buying property abroad. Our clients progress from “someday I’ll live in another country” to “I’m so happy I moved abroad” as seamlessly as possible. Along the way, we provide accountability, steady support, and a calm, experienced sounding board.

Fun fact: Together for 24 years, we’ve navigated the ups and downs of life with smiles on our faces and gratitude in our hearts, while also fulfilling lifelong dreams like moving to Europe and being featured on HGTV’s House Hunters International.
